A mobile Jet Wash, single brush washing system which quickly and economically cleans industrial vehicles and buses.
Controlled by a ground operator.

The L50 SERIES, which can be used both in the open air or indoors, doesn’t need to be permanently fixed in one spot. Thanks to a maximum size of 2 sq.m. after use, it can be easily stored anywhere.

FEATURES:

• Light alloy structure with numerically controlled weldings
• Brush slanting device for cleaning oblique surfaces
• Six-wheel trolley, two of which are directional mounted on an adjustable axle. This ensures adherence on the ground surface and compensates for the wear and tear of the tyres, thus assuring the parallel advancing of the vehicle to be washed
• electrical system with controls working at 24 V
• The brush bearings are watertight
• Pneumatic spacers to protect the vehicle
• Adjustable nozzle-holder bar, flat jet spraying nozzles

The L50 SERIES can be rapidly installed in two ways:

1. by direct connection. The supply cables are left free on the ground so that it can be used anywhere
2. With overhead connection, special attachments should be installed on the spot and a fixed place decided on for the cleaning.

You can use the L50 series to wash lorries with tarpaulin covers, trailers, tankers, special vehicles and buses, even on a daily basis, without ever having to move them again. It takes just one turn around the vehicle to carry out a complete wash in less than 10 minutes.
