Easy Wash is available in two models:

Easy Wash 50E | Electric single brush machine

Electric washing system that can be used both in open and closed environments, thanks to the maximum size of 2 square meters and customizable height.
It requires an installation through the direct connection of power cables on the ground or overhead connection with the aid of pylons and / or shelves mounted where desired.

Easy Wash 300 | Single brush machine

Autonomous washing system with double commands placed on opposite sides of the system, allows the system to be operated in both directions.

Available in three versions:

300B (petrol powered);
300D (diesel powered);
300 E (with battery powered electric motor);

Truck Wash: professional and economical washing

Truck Wash single brush washing systems for professional, fast and economical cleaning of transport vehicles such as trucks and buses.

Washing circuit

The Truck Wash washing system is supplied with anti-scratch brushes, to preserve the vehicle bodywork, and a tilting system, to clean even the sloping front parts typical of buses.

Prevention of damage from winter frosts

Emptying the water system of the single brush machines to prevent damage caused by winter frosts.

With the arrival of the winter season, it is good practice to remember to empty the residual washing water from the single brush machines to prevent any damage caused by winter frosts.

System for draining the water system

For this reason, Iteco Washing Systems single bursh machines are equipped with a water emptying system: a series of valves positioned in the lower part of the machine that allow the complete drainage of the water tank, the water pump and of the connection hose to the spray nozzles of the single brush machine.

Cleaning the water filter

In addition to emptying operations, it is also recommended to clean the washing water filter between the water tank and the water pump to avoid obstructions and malfunctions due to the presence of impurities that can form in the water tank.

Electric single-brush batteries maintenance

Advice on the correct use and maintenance of batteries for Iteco Washing Systems autonomous single-brush machines with battery powered electric motor.

Ordinary maintenance operations are essential to maintain the high performance of your single-brush washing system over time.

In this article we want to give you some useful tips on the correct use and maintenance of batteries for models with electric motors such as Truck Wash E500 and Easy Wash 300E.

Type of batteries to be used

To work, our electric single-brush machines need a battery system with the following characteristics:

1. Four 6V – 210Ah batteries

2. Two 12V – 186Ah quick charge pure lead batteries

3. A twelve cell battery of 2V-320Ah

Each configuration must be connected following the diagram shown in the images below

Attention: when connecting the batteries, be very careful not to reverse the polarity, to avoid damaging them.

Status and information on charging

Each electric floor machine has a battery charge status monitoring display.

If most of the lights are on, the batteries have a good state of charge;

If more than half of the lights are off, then you should recharge them as soon as possible.

If they are discharged, they must be recharged using a suitable battery charger by connecting it to the appropriate socket supplied with the device. For a longer lifespan of the batteries it is necessary to avoid partial charging and also to completely discharge the batteries.

In the range of single brush washing systems, you can find also the models Easy Wash conceived and designed to offer a professional and cost effective washing for trucks and buses fleets of small dimensions.

Easy Wash 50E

Single brush washing system connected to power supply, AC 380 V 3 phases or 220 V mono phase

The system includes.

• Washing system easy to drive able to clean an Artic in less than 10 minutes with a maximum water consumption of 150 Litres of water. The single brush is able to clean the whole vehicles surface and with its tilting facility you can easily clean the sloping driver’s cabin

• Driving system with a wheeled trolley for manual moving, with two directional wheels and four pivoting wheels ensuring good grip and linear driving.

• 24V electric controls: totally protected and safe, tested complying with CE standards.

It can be used both indoor and outdoor, thanks to its reduced size of two square meters. The height can be customized on demand.

Quick installation in two ways: by direct connection. Cables and hoses are connected on the back of the machine without any driving system with cables and hoses free or with overhead rail installation through wall supports or poles.

Easy Wash 300

Single brush self-propelled washing system with hydraulic traction

Equipped with a hydraulic traction system, the single brush easywash does not require any connection to power or water supply.

An excellent solution for a washing service immediate and complete necessary for the transport companies or bus and coach operators with a limited number of vehicles.

The system consists of a single brush allowing the washing of the whole vehicles body and with its tilting facility of 20° you can easily clean the sloping driver’s cabin

The driving system includes double controls on both sides of the machine and allows the operator to drive it in both sense of directions.

Easy wash 300 is available in three versions:
